Western University of Health Sciences – HSC East & West Lecture Halls

The lecture halls East and West at the Health Sciences Center at Western University have been central to lectures, but their outdated audiovisual (AV) system did little to inspire. The recent renovation presented a golden opportunity, and the newly installed AV system is a shining example of how technology can transform a learning environment.

Students will find a state-of-the-art AV setup in each lecture hall, including ten 98″ high-definition TVs for crisp and vibrant visuals, strategically placed ceiling speakers for crystal-clear sound, and Shure beamform ceiling microphones for an enhanced auditory experience during conference meetings. The system is versatile, allowing professors to switch between different media formats seamlessly to keep presentations dynamic and engaging.

The successful installation of the AV system at Central Hall is a testament to collaboration. Everyone involved worked together to create a solution that meets the needs of both professors and students. The result is a lecture hall that is technologically advanced and ready to support the university’s educational mission for years to come.
