Description:
The Audiovisual Installation Technician I will perform installation tasks on Ireland Sound Systems contracted projects including, but not limited to: cable pulls, cable terminations, system equipment and components, rack systems and metal fabrication per project directives and requirements, coordinating with Senior staff to ensure projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Perform installation tasks as noted in the job summary and as directed by senior staff.
- Read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints.
- Use hand and power tools to solder and crimp connectors along with various other AV systems related tasks.
- Assist with management and security of all associated equipment and tools on jobsite.
- Work with warehouse to coordinate stock transfers and initiate return material authorizations as needed.
- Assist with basic mechanical fabrication and basic rack wiring.
- Adhere to and understand OSHA standards for all phases of the job.

Description:

Audiovisual Installation Supervisor
Wages:

Description:
The role of the Installation Supervisor involves providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight to the installation teams at Ireland Sound Systems. This position may have a team ranging from 5 to 10 direct reports. In addition to supporting the Project Manager, the Installation Supervisor serves as a field change agent, aiming to enhance overall communication, project execution, and efficiency within the Installation Technicians team. This involves actively identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize the installation processes and workflows.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Support the field team by handling all types of installation-related escalations and collaborating with other team members to find solutions as necessary.
- Conduct quality control visits during and post-installation/commissioning and report findings to project teams and management.

- Read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints.

AV Associate Project Manager

Description:
The AV Associate Project Manager (APM) will play a crucial role in assisting the assigned Project Manager in procuring the necessary equipment, resources, and information required to execute upcoming projects successfully. Responsibilities include effectively managing budgets and work schedules, as well as organizing and actively participating in stakeholder meetings to ensure that all project deadlines are met. This position demands strong organizational and communication skills to
coordinate project activities and ensure their timely completion.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Assist with the supervision and direction of project activities as assigned by the Project Manager including planning and coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, ensuring all company/project policies, procedures and standards are maintained, etc.
- Thoroughly review and acquire a deep understanding of contract documents for each assigned project, including project scopes of work, bid drawings, specifications, contracts, subcontractor scopes of work, and construction schedules.
- Provides technical and administrative support and assistance to team members as needed in order to complete job assignments successfully.
- Manage project team resource tasks and milestone activities.
- Facilitate discovery and documentation during internal project kick-off meetings as needed.
- Participate in external project kick-off meetings with all necessary external stakeholders and applicable internal resources as required.
- Manage internal and external project communication and documentation through accurate filing and recording of project status and activities.
- Respond to customer communications regarding problems or concerns in a timely and professional manner as directed.
- Compile job progress reports and escalate any issues to Project/Office Management for proper resolution.
- Review daily site progress reports from senior technicians and respond to identified needs.
- Assist in the management of equipment requests, and distribution through sign-off process requirements.
- Assist management through the change order process to ensure that any scope, schedule, cost, or change of terms are handled in accordance with Ireland Sound Systems change order procedures.
- Deliver a quality analysis report of internal resources and subcontractors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through direct interaction, focusing on improving their perception of on-time delivery, quality, responsiveness, problem-solving, and service.
- Travel to various job sites as required.

- This position will generally work on customer sites and may deal with a construction site type of work environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in an Assistant Project Manager or Project Coordination role, fulfilling the responsibilities listed in this job de Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Google Apps.
- Full understanding of audio and video programming.
- Ability to manage tasks and resources to meet project objectives.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent attention and time management skills while adapting to changing priorities.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
- Ability to travel to various job sites as required.
